PLEASE INSPECT ALL EQUIPMENT IMMEDIATELY!!!!
IF YOUR EQUIPMENT IS DAMAGED IN ANY WAY, KEEP ALL PACKING MATERIALS AND CALL KP PRO VIDEO, INC. AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. NOTIFY US OF THE DAMAGE AND DATE OF DELIVERY.
Your equipment left our warehouse in good condition. In case of either visible or concealed damage, we should be notified within two days. Do not destroy or throw out the shipping container until you have determined that no damage has occurred. Failure to comply with the above could result in the loss of damage claim against the freight company. While KP Pro Video, Inc. cannot assume liability for claim. Again, you will need to keep all the packing materials until the shipping company inspects the damage. You have a 48 hour inspection period, from receipt of equipment, unless otherwise specified on your invoice. You are responsible for the suitability and fitness of the equipment’s intended use.



If you are returning merchandise, call first for a return authorization number (RA). No returns accepted without an RA number. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items. No returns on video capture cards and computer related merchandise. If the equipment is not as represented, please call us immediately. Repairs, replacements or refunds resulting from misrepresentation of the equipment will be at the sole discretion of KP Pro Video, Inc. No approved refunds will be dispersed until the equipment in question is returned to and received by the seller.



All products shipped from KP Pro Video, Inc. unless specifically marked, have a 30 day warranty. The warranty is on repair/replace basis only, excluding all video heads with no cash refunds. Damage caused by improper installation, negligence or modification will void all warranties. Damage to, or removal of our warranty seal on products sold by KP Pro Video, Inc. will void all warranties. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us at your convenience.

All items are currently in our store for sale. We reserve every right to sell or remove any item at any given time from the website, please call for availability.
